Patch 2.4 — Living World Overhaul
The void is now alive. Hidden caches, ghost ships, and derelict stations spawn dynamically as you explore. Resource rushes create contested hotspots, and gravity wells pull the unwary into dangerous territory.
- 12 new living world events across 4 categories: infrastructure, exploration, hazards, and encounters
- Fog of war system with 120x120 persistent discovery grid
- Player base building with 5 structure types (turret, shield, mine, radar, hangar)
- Quest board with 8 procedurally generated quest templates
- Module system: 5 ship slots with 5 rarity tiers
- Ion storms now affect weapon accuracy and shield recharge rates
